If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability affecting any RJP Systems website or service, we encourage responsible disclosure and appreciate your help.

Report a Vulnerability

When reporting, please include:

  • A clear description of the issue
  • Steps to reproduce
  • Relevant URLs or affected systems
  • Screenshots or supporting details (if available)

We aim to respond within 2–3 business days and will work quickly to assess and resolve verified issues.

This policy applies to systems and services operated directly by RJP Systems, including:

  • rjpsystems.com
  • rjpsystems.net
  • Internal and client-facing applications managed by our team

Guidelines

We ask that all testing be performed responsibly and in good faith. Please do not:

  • Disrupt services or attempt denial-of-service attacks
  • Access private data belonging to others
  • Use social engineering or phishing techniques
  • Publicly disclose vulnerabilities before resolution

Bug Bounty

RJP Systems does not currently offer a public bug bounty program. However, we value security research and will acknowledge responsible reports where appropriate.
